We have a simple four stage application process
Some tips to help you through the application process
Stage 1 – your application
Remember that we want to know all about you, so don’t rush things to begin with. Take your time to create a compelling CV that – as well as your academic qualifications and expectations – describes your interests, your experience and what you want to get out of your career.
Once you have decided which of our graduate streams is for you, click on the ‘Apply now’ box which takes you to the role on our online system where you can complete your application and upload your CV.
Stage 2 – take part in a short video or telephone interview
If your application is successful, we’ll contact you to arrange and then conduct an interview over a video link or telephone. We’ll want to find out more about you, confirm that this is the right graduate stream for you and understand more about the expectations you have for embarking on your first career.
Before this interview, write down any questions you may have so that you remember to ask them, and look again at your CV so you are prepared to answer any questions we may have. Is there anything else that you would like to tell us about that will help your application?
Stage 3 – online aptitude tests
If your interview is successful, we may ask you to complete an on-line aptitude test, if required. Take your time, find a quiet place with no distractions and complete it carefully.
Stage 4 – meet us face to face
Following the telephone interview and online tests, we’ll let you know if you’ve been short-listed to attend either a one-day assessment centre or interview. Assessment days take place at our office in Glasgow. There will be a team of assessors, one of whom is assigned to you throughout the day.
On the day, dress smartly, arrive feeling confident – and be prepared to join in! You’ll hear more about Hash Minds Soltuions from people across the business, get involved in group activities and give a short presentation on a topic given to you on the day – culminating in an interview with a manager from your specific stream.
We will contact you again about two weeks after the assessment centre. If we are not offering you a position, we’ll tell you why and give you advice for your future applications.
If you are successful in being offered a position, we’ll talk more about the terms and conditions of the offer and when we would expect you to start.
